Terms & Conditions Questions

You must be 18 years or older. We verify age during account setup. Anyone underage attempting to open an account will have it terminated immediately and funds returned to the source payment method used.

QRIS transfers typically complete within 1-2 hours. DANA, OVO and GoPay withdrawals usually land within 15-30 minutes. If your withdrawal exceeds the stated window, contact support and we'll investigate immediately.

We can only close your account if you violate core rules: underage access, fraud, duplicate accounts, or payment disputes with your bank. We'll give you written notice and opportunity to respond first in most cases.

If you close your account, your full balance is returned to your original payment method. DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. You can request a manual review if funds don't arrive.

We may update these terms. Major changes are announced via email and inside your account dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued account use means you accept the updated terms.

Contact support with your transaction ID within 30 days. We investigate within 5 business days. If we confirm an error, the amount is credited back to your balance or refunded via your original payment method.
